CyberPanel Mail Server [Connect Timed Out]

the cyberpanel mailserver is not working for me, I dig MX/TXT my domain and it shows the record have been updated, but still doesnt receive/send emails.

I reviewed the log, it says connection timed out while reaching to the dest

connect to mail.emailstester.com[95.217.248.68]:25: Connection timed out

Which cloud u using ?

Also is port 25 open

AWS and yes, Port 25 is set to allow inbounds. Along with other ports related to CyberPanel

Aws has their own service called SES that’s why they don’t allow for 25 outgoing connections.

I’m using Digital Ocean now and it’s still the same, I’m able to receive mail but couldn’t send one.

DO also dont allow for new accounts raise ticket in support and share them your droplet ID and they will allow port 25 .
ay them u need for transactional Mails like in website signup process for confirming Emails etc

I’ve opened a ticket and they’re still yet to have the block lifted. Currently utilizing another Provider.
