Wsl don’t have enough libraries pre installed,
I will suggest to installing virtualbox and on that setup Ubuntu OS as a local testing environment

ubuntu 20.0 vps bought from hostinger
i did little digging and it looks like if we try to change version forcefully its creating issue in some cases , best way to solve this is simply upgrade to ubuntu 22.04
go to dashboard u will find option for reinstalling VPS use 24.04 or 22.04
