Brother uf i use own smtps sever with cryber panel and not use ip rotation will my ip will be blocked and smtp not work?
If you send limited amount of email per day then it will not get blocked.
As per my experience 1k/day should be fine

There one doubt more brother do i need to use more vps for ip reputation because i will change sender mame too but it will be costly if i do that cna one vps work if i send limited spoofed emails to the person

But yes there are multiple provider you can do your own research but remember not everything will be available on the online so
You need to first decided cloud provider then contact them through the support and then ask the best question such as whether the port 25 is blocked or not whether you provide multiple address to one server or not whether you change IP address in case there is a bad reputation and so on
